I've been going to art exhibitions for years. About 15 years, to be a little more exact. I've been living in a professional art community, surrounded by dozens of painters and sculptors professional exhibiting their work since I was 21 years old. I'm married to a professional artist.
But until May of 2017, it had never been MY art exhibit.
So I decided to dig in and demo my new work at the Beverly Hills Art Show. A block away from Rodeo Drive.
Packing. Loading. Driving. Wondering. Is all the work in the studio - the excitement I felt patching together each piece - going to translate to a large population of people?
Harder than I expected. Better than I expected. Guess I'm an artist, too.
